FÉLIX BARROS DE SOUSA JÚNIOR, a lawyer who holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Maranhão (2013) and a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the University Damásio de Jesus (2016). He is a specialist in Economic and European Criminal Law by the Institute of European and Economic Criminal Law – IDPEE (attached to the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra – FDUC) in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCrim. He worked as a Legal Assistant of the Brazilian Department of Public Prosecution (2014-2023) within the Brazilian Attorney General's Office in Maranhão - PR/MA and, specifically, in the Brazilian Regional Attorney General's Office for the Rights of Citizens, in the Brazilian Regional Electoral Attorney General's Office, and in the 1st Center for Combating Crime and Misconduct in Public Office, with emphasis on Criminal Law and Anticorruption Law.
