PAOLA MARTINS FORZENIGO, a lawyer who has exclusively been practicing Criminal Law for over 10 years, with a postgraduate degree in General Theory of Crime from the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law - IDPEE in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences - IBCCrim (2013). She is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law from the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo - IASP in a partnership with the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) from Barcelona (2018 and 2020), and is holding a Master's degree in Criminal Procedural Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (admission in 2024). She is a Vice-President of Legislative Matters of the Special Commission for Criminal Advocacy of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section – OAB/SP, and a member of IBCCrim (institute of which she was a member of the Editorial Board between 2013 and 2018), of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense - IDDD and of the Criminal Law Commission of IASP.
