ALEXANDRE FRADE SINIGALLIA CAMILO PINTO, holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP, prominently acting in Corporate Criminal Law and Financial Criminal Law areas for over 30 years. He is currently the Coordinator and Special Counselor of the Rights and Prerogatives Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). He was the former member of the Special Commission of Criminal Law at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) as well as the former Coordinator of the Thematic Group of ‘Cryptocurrency and its Criminal Implications’ of the said Commission. He was the former Assistant of the Lato Sensu Post-Graduate Course in Economical Criminal Law at GVLaw (FGV/SP), and is a specialist in Economic and European Criminal Law by the Institute of European and Economic Criminal Law – IDPEE (attached to the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra – FDUC) in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCrim. He was the former Adjunct-Coordinator of the Studies and Debates Group of IBCCrim. At the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), Alexandre has taken the role of Coordinator and Advisor of the Committee on Rights and Privileges. He was the former member of the Studies Committee “Internet and Telecommunication Network Crimes – Cyber Crimes” at the Brazilian Cyber and Telecommunication Rights Association (ABDI). He is an active member of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD) from the IBCCRIM and the São Paulo’s Attorneys Association (AASP).
