MAURICIO SILVA LEITE, a lawyer who has been practicing Corporate Criminal Law, especially economic crimes, for over 25 years. He holds a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law from the São Paulo School of Magistracy (2003), a master's degree in Criminal Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2011) and a PhD in Criminal Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2024). He was a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, from 2013 to 2018.
