MAURICIO SILVA LEITE, a lawyer who has been practicing Corporate Criminal Law, especially economic crimes, for over 25 years. He holds a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law from the São Paulo School of Magistracy (2003), a master's degree in Criminal Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2011) and a PhD in Criminal Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2024). Author of the book "A Perda de Bens Alargada no Processo Penal Brasileiro” (The extended confiscation of assets in the Brazilian Criminal Procedure), published by Tirant Lo Blanch Brasil.
