MAURICIO SILVA LEITE acts in Corporate Criminal Law, with a main focus in Financial Crimes for over 25 years. He is post graduated in in Criminal Law by the Escola Paulista de Magistratura (2003), he also holds a Master’s in criminal Procedure by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC/SP, 2011) and a Doctorate Degree by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC/SP, 2024).
