PAOLA MARTINS FORZENIGO is a lawyer, acting exclusively within the Criminal Law area for over 10 years. She is post graduated in General Theory of Crime by the Institute of European and Economic Criminal Law – IDPEE in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim), a specialist in Economic Criminal Law by the São Paulo’s Attorneys Institute (IASP) in partnership with Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Barcelona (UFP), and, as of 2024, she is currently a LLM student for Criminal Procedure at the University of São Paulo (USP). Paola is the vice-president of the Legislation Subject Special Committee of Criminal Law from OAB/SP, member of IBCCrim (former member of the Editorial Board from 2013 to 2018), member of the Institute in Defense of the Right of Defense (IDDD) and member of São Paulo’s Attorneys Association (AASP).
